Hello grade 12 AYJ Families,

The end of the year is fast approaching, and this means it is time to start planning for our 2025 Commencement Ceremony.  We hold our event at an auditorium that has a seating capacity of 900 people and for this reason we must limit the number of tickets to 2 per family.   We know this is tough for some families, but we want to ensure that everyone has access to at least their two allotted tickets. You must reserve your two tickets! Once every family has had the opportunity to reserve their tickets, we will open a separate link for the remaining seats on a first come-first serve basis and to a maximum of 2 extra tickets per graduate.  The link to order your 2 allotted tickets is below:

Leaving Ceremony Tickets

This link will be open until May 23^rd so please reserve them as soon as possible.  Please note that the maximum number of tickets is 2. 

The student’s name must be linked to the two tickets and entered at the time of registration.  You may choose to download the Eventbrite app and have the tickets available digitally or you may print out the QR code and show that at the door. 

Each QR code can only be scanned once, and then the ticket becomes invalid so once you are in the auditorium you must remain in the venue until the completion of the commencement.
