CHEO's Aakuluk Clinic serves as a hub for young patients and their families coming to Ottawa from Nunavut for long periods of time to receive specialized care.This program provides a full range of services for Nunavut's most complex medical issues in children ages 0-17.
AYJ's Healthy Active Living (HAL) Team is collecting donations of brand new: cozy blankets, stuffies of Northern animals, music & books from Northern artists, and small hygiene items(please see lists below).Please place donated items in the big box in AY's Main Office by Dec. 11.
You are also welcome to donate by Cash or Debit in the Main Office or through School Cash Online (no tax receipt) :https://ocdsb.schoolcashonline.com/ Funds collected here will be used to buy items for the children in the Aakuluk Clinic, and their families who are staying in Ottawa with them (please see lists below).
